Company Outcome Fee Agreement
The public reference copy of the commercial terms a verified, authorized company representative must sign before any live talent introduction.
The enforceable receipt is created inside the verified Hiring Manager workspace with the legal company, authorized signer, exact document hash, timestamp, billing mandate, and agreement version.
1. Company-paid outcome fee
The company will pay sii{me} a hiring fee equal to 30% of the hired person’s starting annual base salary after that person completes 30 calendar days of employment. Talent never owes this fee.
2. What creates attribution
A person is attributed to the company when sii{me} releases or facilitates a private introduction, mutual match, direct conversation, interview, or hiring-process handoff involving that person and the company.
3. Twelve-month attribution period
The fee applies when the company or an affiliate hires an attributed person within 12 months after the first sii{me} introduction, including a different role or an off-platform continuation of the relationship.
4. Pre-existing candidate exception
The company must identify a documented, active pre-existing recruiting relationship within five calendar days after the introduction. sii{me} will review the evidence before attribution is removed.
5. Required outcome reporting
The company will accurately report interviews, offers, accepted offers, starting base salary, employment start date, and any separation before day 30. Talent and connected ATS events may independently confirm the same outcome.
6. Billing and payment authorization
The company authorizes sii{me} and its payment provider to retain a business payment mandate and issue or collect the outcome-fee invoice. Unless an approved enterprise invoice arrangement says otherwise, payment is due within 15 days.
7. No circumvention
Moving a conversation, interview, offer, or hire outside sii{me} does not remove attribution or the fee. The company will not ask talent to conceal an outcome or reclassify compensation to avoid the agreed fee.
8. Ninety-day replacement commitment
If an eligible hire ends employment within 90 days, sii{me} will provide the replacement commitment described in the applicable service policy. The commitment does not erase accurate reporting or an already-earned fee unless sii{me} agrees in writing.
